The Sendero Pacífico consists of a growing network of recreational hiking trails, hiking huts and field stations within the Bellbird Biological Corridor. While there is a “sendero madre” or primary trail that leads from Monteverde to the Gulf of Nicoya, the project also includes a larger dispersed system of feeder trails and sub-networks throughout the length and breadth of the biological corridor.
